Council Bluffs Soccer Club would like to officially invite you to the annual Halloween Havoc Soccer Tournament!
EVENT DATES: October 20-22, 2017
ELIGIBILITY: U9-U14 boys teams and U9-U14 girls teams (see related birth year classifications below)
COST: 9U (birth year 2009) & 10U (birth year 2008) – 7 v 7 format: $395
11U (birth year 2007) & 12U (birth year 2006) – 9 v 9 format: $550
13U (birth year 2005) & 14U (birth year 2004) – 11 v 11 format: $550
LOCATIONS: Council Bluffs Recreation Complex (all ages) and Council Bluffs River’s Edge Park (9U & 10U)
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: September 15, 2017 (NOTE: brackets will be closed earlier if full)

Only one representative from each team needs to be present for check in. Electronic versions of forms or player cards will NOT be accepted.
Local Teams (Council Bluffs / Omaha Metro Area) should check in on Thursday evening, October 19, 2017, between 5:30 pm and 8:30 pm (location pending). Out of town teams may check in at Tournament Headquarters at the Council Bluffs Recreation Complex on Friday evening, October 20, between 5:00 pm and 8:30 pm, or at least one hour prior to their first game.
Games may start as early as 5:00 pm on Friday, October 20th for local teams. All other teams must be ready to play at 8:00 am on Saturday.
