Council Bluffs Soccer Club is excited to host the 2024 Rumble on the River soccer tournament, scheduled for April 19-21, 2024.  The tournament, for recreational and competitive (non-premier level) teams, will be held at the Council Bluffs Recreation Complex at 2900 Richard Downing Drive in Council Bluffs, Iowa.  This beautiful complex is conveniently located just off Interstates 80 and 29.

• Registration will open December 2023.

• Tournament is open to competitive and recreational level boys and girls teams from U9 (2015) through U14 (2010/2009), with a one-day festival style tournament for U7/U8 (2016/2017) teams.

• U9 - U14:  Teams play a minimum of three games, and awards are given for 1st and 2nd place teams.

• U7/U8 Festival:  Teams play three games with all players receiving awards.

• The tournament is a “Stay and Play” tournament through Event Connect via the tournament website.
